ENOC, Landmark Group link loyalty programs in UAE

The partnership allows members of YES Rewards and Shukran to exchange points across both platforms, expanding redemption options across fuel, automotive, convenience and retail services.

ENOC Group and Landmark Group have launched a partnership that enables members of their respective loyalty programs, YES Rewards and Shukran, to exchange points between the two platforms in the United Arab Emirates.

Under the partnership, Shukran members can use converted points across ENOC's network, including service stations, ZOOM convenience stores, AutoPro automotive centers and Tasjeel vehicle testing and registration facilities. YES Rewards members, meanwhile, can redeem converted points at participating Landmark brands such as Centrepoint, Max, Home Centre, Home Box, Babyshop, Splash, Styli and Emax.

The companies said the initiative is designed to give customers greater flexibility in how they use loyalty rewards by connecting everyday spending categories, from fuel and vehicle services to fashion, electronics and home products.

“We are continually looking at ways to make our customers’ everyday experience more convenient, connected and rewarding,” said Zaid Alqufaidi, Managing Director of ENOC Retail. “By connecting YES Rewards with Shukran, we are making it easier for customers to access greater value through a seamless digital experience.”

Customers can access the points exchange feature through the YES Rewards and Shukran applications, subject to the terms and conditions of each program.
