Mickey’s has relaunched its loyalty program on the Patron Points platform, replacing its previous provider. All 42 Ohio stores moved over in 56 days from contract signing to go-live. The program, available in stores and in the Mickey’s App, offers personalized rewards and promotions based on each customer’s shopping habits.

In the three months after the relaunch, loyalty sales rose 34.8% and loyalty fuel gallons increased 17.8%. More than 25,595 new customers enrolled, and spending per trip also grew, according to the company. Mickey’s now participates at Tier 4 with Altria Group Distribution Company (AGDC), enabling personalized “P+” rewards and segmented digital offers.

“Switching loyalty providers is never something you take lightly, especially when your guests are used to earning every day,” said Dan Coles, President and CEO of Mickey’s. “Even better, we came out the other side with Tier 4 AGDC participation so we can give our Herd personalized P+ and offers that actually fit them, and the numbers are already showing it.”

Headquartered in Milan, Ohio, Mickey’s was founded in the early 1980s by Mick Coles as a companion business to Coles Energy. The chain, known for its moose mascot, calls its loyal customers the “Herd”.
