Mister Car Wash acquires Superwash Express in Florida
The U.S. car wash chain will add five more sites in the state of Florida.
Mister Car Washtoday announced the acquisition of Superwash Express, a chain of five stores based in Daytona, Florida. The deal brings the total number of Mister stores in Florida to 35.
"Superwash Express is the type of platform we like to acquire, in an adjacent market with stores in good locations that are built for high volume," said Casey Lindsay, vice president corporate development of Mister Car Wash. "Paul and his team have built a beautiful business and we are honored to continue developing these locations and bring the Mister brand into Daytona."
Customers of Superwash can expect the business to continue operating as normal in the near term. Throughout the next year, Mister will be working with the team to rebrand the stores and optimize service and product offerings as they fully integrate the stores into the brand.
Headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, Mister Car Wash operates over 340 car washes nationwide and has the largest car wash subscription program in North America.
