Mister Car Wash announces launch of initial public offering

The initial operation values the Arizona-based carwash chain at up to $5.03 billion.

U.S. car wash chain Mister Car Wash has launched its proposed initial public offering. The proposed offering consists of 31,250,000 shares being sold by Mister Car Wash and 6,250,000 shares of common stock being sold by selling stockholders. The company is looking to raise up to $637.5 million. 

The price range for the initial public offering is currently estimated to be between $15.00 and $17.00 per share. Mister Car Wash has applied to list its common stock on The New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “MCW.”

Headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, Mister Car Wash operates over 340 car washes nationwide. The chain recently opened stores in New Mexico and Utah.
