Oman Oil Marketing Company (OOMCO) is providing local start-ups with the chance to sell their products at its fuel stations.

Offering retail space at Ahlain Stores, Car Care, and Café Amazon shops across the Sultanate, the move comes as part of the company’s commitment to enriching local businesses and empowering the local community.

“There is a huge pool of talent among Omani businesspeople, and by offering them this opportunity we are not only providing them with a route to the market, but we’re personalizing the whole service station experience and adding appeal to our own service portfolio. We look forward to developing long-term relationships with local SME’s, while providing our customers with even more choice and value,” said Hussain Jama Bait Ishaq, acting CEO & GM-National Retail, OOMCO.

In effort to support economic diversification, the growth of local businesses, and build long-term partnerships with a variety of SMEs through its operations and CSR programs, OOMCO has provided young Omani business people the opportunity to operate in 19 Ahlain stores, 16 Car Care service centers, along with 13 of OOMCO’s transporting companies.
