Sheetz opens first Michigan location in Detroit

The retailer has launched its expansion across the region with five more stores to follow in the coming future.

Sheetz has opened its first location in the Detroit, Michigan, area as part of its expansion plans across the region.

The family-owned retailer celebrated the inauguration and donated $5,000 to both Forgotten Harvest and Special Olympics Michigan. Promising a completely new and unique experience for customers, the new site features indoor and outdoor dining options, drive-thru service, and a wide selection of grocery items.

This first location is part of Sheetz ambitious plans to continue expanding across Metro Detroit with five further sites. These include two new stores in Taylor, alongside one in Macomb, Warren and Chesterfield, as reported by Click on Detroit.

The brand is known for its made-to-order offerings, including breakfast items, subs, sandwiches, salads, pizza, coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, and more—all available 24 hours a day.
