Tellus Power, Spirii form partnership to expand EV charging across Europe

New alliance combines hardware and software to deliver a unified charging ecosystem in 14 countries.

Tellus Power Europe has entered a strategic partnership with Spirii to roll out an integrated electric vehicle (EV) charging ecosystem across 14 European countries. The agreement pairs Tellus’ charging hardware with Spirii’s established charging platform, creating a consolidated solution for public networks, private fleets, and home charging.

Under the deal, Spirii becomes Tellus Power’s operational and software backbone in Europe. Customers using Tellus hardware will gain access to services including installation, real-time monitoring, payments and billing, roaming, and 24/7 support. A Tellus-branded driver app, built on Spirii’s platform, will also offer access to more than 800,000 roaming points across the continent.

The structure enables the company to scale rapidly while maintaining consistency across markets, supported by its partner’s local teams.

Executives from both companies say the partnership strengthens their ability to deliver reliable, pan-European charging solutions at a time when demand for infrastructure is accelerating. Mark Julien, Managing Director of Tellus Power Europe, said the alliance allows the company to offer “a seamless, pan-European charging solution” fully under the Tellus brand. Spirii CEO and co-founder Tore Harritshøj called the collaboration a strong fit that will “unlock powerful synergies” for diverse markets.

As part of the agreement, Tellus has been named a Spirii Preferred Hardware Partner, making its chargers the recommended choice for Spirii’s enterprise clients and strategic tenders.
