UTA Edenred expands eCharge 360° to electric Ttruck fleets in Germany

New service extends public, depot, workplace, and home charging under one card for heavy commercial vehicles.

UTA Edenred has extended its UTA eCharge 360° solution to operators of electric truck and van fleets. Previously available to light fleet operators, the service now supports companies in Germany managing heavier commercial vehicles as they transition to e-mobility.

The expanded offering combines public, depot, workplace, and home charging options under a single system, accessible via the UTA eCard. For public charging, UTA Edenred’s network includes around 300 truck-compatible stations across Europe, including sites operated by the Milence fast-charging network.

In addition to public access, the service supports depot charging, allowing operators to plan, install, and manage on-site AC or DC charging points for overnight or idle-period charging.

“With the expanded UTA eCharge solution, we can now support the electrification needs of truck and transporter fleets alongside passenger cars,” said Pierre Jalady, General Manager Edenred Mobility EMEA and CEO of UTA Edenred.

The solution also covers semi-public charging, enabling companies to open their infrastructure to third-party fleets and manage billing accordingly.

Workplace and home charging are included as well. Employees can charge vehicles at company sites or install approved wallboxes at home, with options for cost reimbursement. UTA Edenred’s software, provided by Spirii, helps manage charging activities across different locations.

All services are integrated into the UTA eCard, which also covers fuel purchases, toll payments, and access to additional vehicle-related services within UTA Edenred’s acceptance network.
