Registration is now open for the IFSF Annual Conference 2026, taking place from 3rd–5th November at the Meliá hotel in Alicante, Spain. Overlooking the Mediterranean and ideally positioned between Alicante’s marina and historic old town, the hotel provides an exceptional setting for productive discussions, knowledge sharing and networking.
The conference will bring together professionals from across fuel retailing, convenience and mobility, including retailers, technology providers, equipment manufacturers, payment specialists and mobility innovators.
This year’s programme will explore the theme Intelligence in Motion: Standards Shaping Tomorrow’s Mobility Experience, with sessions focussed on how connected systems, shared data, and evolving standards are converging into predictive, autonomous and adaptive capabilities across the mobility industry.

IFSF has secured preferential accommodation rates for conference delegates at the Meliá Alicante from 3–5 November 2026. Rooms are available at €188 per night, including breakfast and taxes.
Availability at this rate is limited and will decrease in stages, with the first reduction scheduled for 4th September. Delegates are encouraged to book early to benefit from these preferential rates and to stay at the conference venue, placing themselves at the centre of the event and its networking opportunities.
