LPG industry meets at in Lisbon for AEGPL 2017
The annual AEGPL Congress took place in Lisbon on the 21st and 22nd June 2017, bringing together around 1,200 professionals from all across the LPG industry.
The AEGPL Congress is regarded as the biggest LPG event in Europe. As in previous editions, the event was divided into an exhibition area and a conference area where experts discussed the most prominent business and policy issues affecting the industry.
The European LPG Association is currently making effort to promote gender equality, reason why a third of the 31 speakers at the conferences were women, according to the group.
Discussions at the event covered areas like the role of renewables, new areas for LPG, the impact of public policy, or the role of LPG in the communities.
Over 130 booths showcased the cutting-edge products and services offered by some of the most innovative companies in the LPG industry.
In 2018, the AEGPL will celebrate its 50th Anniversary in Monaco.
