Maverik begins Wyoming store transformation

Company presented a $1 million donation to Feeding America, with $100,000 directed to Food Bank of the Rockies.

Maverik celebrated the first anniversary of its acquisition of Kum & Go by marking the completion of its Colorado store rebrands. Crystal Maggelet, Maverik’s new CEO, joined the Denver community to celebrate the rebrands and kickoff store transformations in Wyoming.

Following these milestones, Maverik will continue to focus on growing and integrating the Maverik and Kum & Go brands under Maggelet’s leadership, guiding nearly 15,000 team members across over 840 stores in 20 states from the Midwest to the West Coast.

“Our acquisition of Kum & Go has strengthened our position as a leading convenience store retailer, and I’m proud of the progress we’ve made in integrating the two brands. Our focus remains on delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting our team members, and giving back to the communities we serve,” said Maggelet.

As part of the celebration in Colorado, Maverik presented a $1 million donation to Feeding America, with $100,000 directed to Food Bank of the Rockies, supporting those experiencing food insecurity across Colorado and Wyoming. This contribution will aid communities throughout Maverik’s 20-state footprint.
