MFG welcomes 1,000th YEEP! parcel locker
Milestone highlights rising demand for 24/7 out-of-home delivery options across the UK.
Parcel locker network YEEP! has reached a key milestone with the installation of its 1,000th live locker at a Motor Fuel Group (MFG) forecourt in Haverhill.
The locker went live at the end of May and marks continued progress in YEEP!’s partnership with MFG, the UK’s largest independent forecourt operator. With over 100 YEEP! lockers now installed across its estate, and more planned, MFG is integrating parcel collection into its evolving retail offering, which includes ultra-rapid electric vehicle (EV) charging, car valeting, and food-to-go services.
“Our sites are evolving to offer maximum convenience,” said Adam Wadlow, Chief Investment Officer at MFG. “A secure, 24/7 parcel locker fits naturally into that ecosystem, adding value without adding complexity.”
YEEP!’s lockers, supplied by kernTerminal, are battery-operated and require no power or groundwork. The model supports YEEP!’s wider rollout, including a major partnership with DPD to add 8,000 lockers over five years.
“This locker isn’t just a number. It’s about making deliveries and returns easier, right where people already are—fueling up, grabbing a coffee, or on their commute,” added Noël Shapton, CEO of YEEP!.
The milestone comes as UK consumers increasingly turn to out-of-home collection points to avoid missed deliveries and reduce the environmental impact of home drop-offs. For hosts like MFG, the lockers also offer additional income and foot traffic at the forecourt and retail spaces.
