MOYA taps Elocity to develop EV charging network
The retailer aims to establish a total of 4,000 charging points both in and outside service stations by 2030.
Anwin, the operator of the MOYA fuel retail brand, has established a new partnership to extend the chain’s electric vehicle (EV) charging services. The company has aligned with Elocity as part of its development plans to build 4,000 EV charging points by 2030.
All charging points will be available to users through the Super MOYA app as well as its partner’s app. This will enable drivers to charge their cars via a single tool, without having to install an additional application.
Elocity will be responsible for providing technology to manage the network’s infrastructure.
“The green strategy will be the axis of our group's development in the coming years, and we are inviting the best partners in the market to cooperate in its implementation. The integration of fleet management tools and access to new charging stations are important steps in our drive to develop and promote electrification and sustainable mobility," said Andrzej Kisała, Director of fleet sales development at Anwim.
MOYA aims to establish charging locations both inside and outside its service station network. This goal is in line with the retailer’s ambition to expand its footprint up to 800 locations by 2030.
