Rocket c-stores embrace AI-driven digital commerce
United Pacific brings over 600 Rocket locations onto Lula Commerce platform to boost efficiency and customer reach.
Rocket, the flagship convenience store brand of United Pacific, is making a major digital leap with the launch of over 600 locations on the Lula Commerce platform.
The partnership brings AI-powered eCommerce capabilities to Rocket and its sister brand Alta Convenience, expanding digital operations across 11 U.S. states. The move is part of Rocket’s ongoing effort to modernize convenience retail, enabling real-time inventory management, integration with major delivery platforms, and AI-powered automation through Lula Operators.
These digital agents streamline order processing, optimize store uptime, and enhance customer engagement.
“This is a huge opportunity to capture more digital customers, and additional share of market with those who prioritize efficient and quick options when shopping for everyday essentials,” said Bill Mullen, President of Retail at Rocket.
The collaboration highlights Rocket’s focus on evolving alongside customer expectations, reinforcing its role as a digital frontrunner in the rapidly transforming convenience retail landscape.
Rocket operates under fuel banners such as 76, Conoco, Chevron, Shell, and United Oil, serving customers in California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, and beyond.
