SloanLED to acquire global LED solutions firm Litecorr
LED technology manufacturing leader SloanLED will acquire Litecorr, a global LED lighting solutions provider.
SloanLED’s acquisition of Litecorr will bring in a broader portfolio of LED technology, end-to-end sign, and lighting systems solutions specific to key industries including petroleum and convenience, retail, and consumer services.
“Combining SloanLED’s products and capabilities with Litecorr’s will achieve an even better ROI for customers,” said Michael Singh, Chairman of Litecorr.
SloanLED and Litecorr will continue to operate independently, with no change in sales channels. Ervin Cash will continue to serve as CEO and President of SloanLED and as CEO of Litecorr; Michael Singh will serve as President of Litecorr and will report to Cash.
California-based SloanLED is owned by Baird Capital.
