Uno-X network opens to Clever customers in Denmark
This collaboration allows customers to use the Clever app at all Uno-X charging locations.
Clever customers will now be able to fast charge their electric vehicles at Uno-X's 80 charging stations across Denmark without incurring extra charges. This collaboration allows customers to use the Clever app at all Uno-X charging locations.
"We are making life easier and more convenient for electric vehicle drivers through this partnership with Uno-X Mobility. It's similar to streaming on multiple platforms – now Clever's subscription customers can fast charge at Uno-X stations at no additional cost. This is a significant step towards better utilizing each other’s charging networks to benefit even more people," said Casper Kirketerp-Møller, CEO of Clever.
In addition to the existing charging stations, Uno-X Mobility has ambitious plans for expansion. The company aims to add approximately 60 new fast charging points in Denmark this year and expects to have around 400 fast charging options in place by the end of 2025.
"This collaboration enhances the use of our network, benefiting a greater number of electric vehicle drivers. Our goal is to create an open network accessible to everyone, and we’re happy to welcome Clever customers to our charging infrastructure," said Bo Bendixen, CFO and Commercial Manager at Uno-X eMobility.
Uno-X Mobility is also expanding its fast charging options beyond its own locations. Fast chargers have already been installed at three REMA 1000 supermarkets, with plans to add more in the near future. In August, the company opened its first fast charging station at a Uno-X 7-Eleven in Rødekro, and further collaborations with 7-Eleven are planned.
"Whether Clever customers are stopping for a quick charge, charging while shopping at REMA 1000, or grabbing something on the go at 7-Eleven, we look forward to welcoming them," Bendixen added.
This partnership is a step toward improving access to fast charging for electric vehicle drivers across Denmark.
