American energy supply company Global Partners LP could sell 19 nonstrategic gas stations.  The average lot sizes are 28,000 square feet and average building sizes are 1,950 square feet, with buildings ranging from kiosks to locations of more than 4,700 square feet. Most of the sites are branded XtraMart, with CITGO, Exxon, Mobil, Shell and Sunoco fuel, according to CSP Daily News.

NRC Realty & Capital Advisors is in charge of the sale of the 19 Global Partner sites. The deadline to receive bids is Oct. 5, 2017.

In 2016, Eric Slifka, President and CEO of the company, announced plans to divest in around 125 non-strategic sites.

“The sale of these non-strategic sites reflects our ongoing strategy to streamline our retail portfolio and optimize our assets,” said Slifka.

With around 1,500 retail locations, primarily in the Northeast, Global Partners is one of the largest regional independent owners, suppliers and operators of gas stations and c-stores.
