Wills Group appoints Julian B. Wills as new President and CEO
The company representative has served as President and Chief Operating Officer for the past two years and was key in several transformative efforts such as the opening of Dash In’s all-new concept.
The Wills Group has appointed Julian Blackie Wills, III as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. The announcement comes after two years of growth across the company’s business areas as it continues to invest and grow its retail line of businesses.
For the past two years, Blackie Wills has served as President and Chief Operating Officer, working across the Group to lead a number of transformative efforts. These include the opening of Dash-In’s all-new foodservice concept and the continued investment and expansion of its Community Engagement Signature Programs: Nourishing Children and Families and Reimagining Outdoor Spaces.
In this new role, he will continue to lead the firm’s efforts to transform Dash In and Splash In ECO Car Wash with a focus on the customer experience.

The Wills Group currently operates retail brands such as Dash In, Splash In ECO Car Wash, and SMO Motor Fuels. Its newest President and CEO has also committed to continue expanding its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and community and employee engagement.
