Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC) and WestJet have unveiled a new loyalty partnership that allows members of Triangle Rewards and WestJet Rewards to earn two types of rewards simultaneously across travel and everyday retail spending. The collaboration connects two of Canada’s most recognized customer programs, creating a unified earning experience for millions of shoppers and travelers.

Members can now link their Triangle Rewards and WestJet Rewards accounts online, enabling them to “spend once and earn twice.” This dual-earning structure applies to eligible purchases across participating Canadian Tire Corporation businesses such as Canadian Tire, SportChek and Mark’s; as well as WestJet flights, vacation packages and travel extras. Customers who pay with a Triangle credit card or a WestJet RBC Mastercard will earn even more rewards at participating merchants.

“Canadians are always looking for ways to get more value from the purchases they make every day,” said Darryl Jenkins, Executive Vice-President and Chief Development Officer, Canadian Tire Corporation. “By linking Triangle Rewards and WestJet Rewards, our members can now spend once and earn twice, collecting both Canadian Tire Money and WestJet points whether they're shopping for everyday essentials or planning their next trip.”

Linked members will also be able to convert WestJet points into Canadian Tire Money, adding additional flexibility for retail purchases. To mark the partnership, WestJet will offer complimentary FRANK snacks, an exclusive Canadian Tire brand, on select flights.
