GO Car Wash acquires Superior Car Wash in New York
The brand has expanded its footprint with 16 new locations as well as taking over more sites in development and absorbed talent from the company.
GO Car Wash expanded its presence in upstate New York with the acquisition of Superior Car Wash in Utica. With this transaction, the brand will now operate 16 locations from Buffalo to Utica with many more in development.
“We are pleased to complete our first acquisition in Utica. We have ambitious plans to continue our rapid expansion through acquisition and development of express car wash sites in New York,” said Chris Andersen, VP of Business Development of GO Car Wash.
In addition, the former owner of Superior Car Wash, Vincent Surace, will work in partnership to develop more sites in upstate NY. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, GO was founded in 2019 with the goal of building a multi-regional car wash company with clusters throughout secondary cities across North America.
“I founded Superior Car Wash in 1995 and the business has been voted Best Car Wash by its valued customers year after year. Our former team members and customers are going to be in excellent hands with the GO Car Wash team,” added Surace.
GO Car Wash currently operates a network composed of nearly 150 locations throughout the country.
