Żabka and Stagwell launch consumer analytics venture in Poland

The tool provides targeted marketing and predictive insights for businesses based on Żabka data.

Żabka Polska, the country’s largest convenience retailer, has partnered with US-based marketing group Stagwell to launch In-Pulse, a new consumer analytics and engagement platform.

The tool draws on Żabka’s 11,600 stores and 10 million Żappka app users, combining this with Stagwell’s data expertise. It collects anonymised transaction data, tests consumer reactions, and provides targeted marketing and predictive insights for businesses.

The companies say In-Pulse will help brands adapt to shifting consumer habits, while promising more tailored products for shoppers. Critics may question the growing reliance on real-time behavioural tracking, but with Żabka’s scale, the platform could quickly reshape how Poland’s retail sector approaches data-driven marketing.

The move also highlights Poland’s growing importance as a digital commerce hub in Central and Eastern Europe, with Żabka positioning itself as both a retail leader and a testing ground for technologies that may spread across the region.
