Aral pulse grows ultra-fast charging with new site in Buchholz
New charging points can deliver up to 300 km of range in just 10 minutes.
Aral pulse continues to expand its electric vehicle (EV) charging network with three new ultra-fast charging stations, installed and operational at a company service station in Buchholz, Germany.
With each charger offering two charging points, the equipment offers a capacity of up to 300 kilowatts (kW), enabling EV to gain up to 300 kilometers of range in just 10 minutes, depending on the model.
“We now operate over 3,400 charging points at nearly 500 locations, making us one of Germany’s largest fast-charging providers. Our ultra-fast charging offer is extremely well received, and since August of last year, we’ve also been the official e-charge partner of the ADAC,” said Alexander Junge, Aral Board Member for e-mobility.
Since 2021, the company has been building its ultra-fast charging network under the Aral pulse brand. In addition to charging, customers can also benefit from on-site staff, lighting, restrooms, a REWE To Go shop, and car wash services.
In 2024, the company was named Germany’s best fast-charging provider for the second consecutive year in the Connect charging network test, and remains the only provider to earn a "Very Good" rating.
The new charging points complement Aral’s broad fuel offering, providing the energy customers need, regardless of vehicle type.
