ARKO moves to take wholesale and fleet fueling arm public
Company aims to unlock value and accelerate growth through IPO of ARKO Petroleum.
ARKO Corp., one of the largest U.S. convenience store operators and fuel wholesalers, has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the proposed initial public offering of its subsidiary, ARKO Petroleum Corp.
The filing marks a key step in the company’s strategy to streamline operations and unlock value. APC will oversee ARKO’s wholesale, fleet fueling, and GPMP segments, including the distribution of motor fuels to nearly all ARKO retail convenience stores that sell fuel.
UBS Investment Bank, Raymond James, and Stifel will act as lead book-running managers for the offering, with Mizuho and Capital One Securities serving as joint book-runners.
ARKO, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, operates across retail, wholesale, fleet fueling, and petroleum supply segments, serving communities nationwide through its Family of Community Brands and a network of fueling sites.
