Dubai’s Corporation for Consumer Protection and Fair Trade (DCCPFT) has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with AutoPro, part of ENOC Group, aimed at improving service quality and consistency across the emirate’s vehicle maintenance sector.

Under the agreement, AutoPro will serve as a technical and operational partner, supporting the implementation of standardized quality practices within the automotive aftersales market. The collaboration includes structured technical assessments, the introduction of best‑practice frameworks, and consumer awareness initiatives designed to help motorists make more informed choices when selecting service providers.

The initiative aligns with Dubai’s broader efforts to promote a transparent and balanced marketplace, where consumer protection and fair competition operate within clearly defined standards. It also supports the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which seeks to double the size of the emirate’s economy by 2033 while strengthening its position as a global business hub.

The partnership also introduces a more formal structure for technical oversight within the sector, reinforcing accountability across the market.

“This collaboration represents a practical step towards further strengthening consumer protection within the automotive sector,” said Mohammed Abdulla Shael AlSaadi, CEO of DCCPFT. “Our focus remains on strengthening service standards and enabling consumers to make informed choices.”

AutoPro operates 42 locations across the UAE, employing more than 1,500 frontline staff and serving approximately two million customers annually through ENOC and EPPCO service stations.
