Be.EV enhances charger reliability across the UK
Charge point operator strengthens uptime and customer experience as network expands.
Be.EV is upgrading the way it manages and maintains its charging infrastructure as it scales across the United Kingdom. The move comes as the UK’s public charging estate continues to grow, with more than 86,000 public charging devices installed as of October 2025.
The company has selected Titan EV’s asset‑management platform to support its operational model, introducing new automation to identify issues, speed up repairs and improve charger availability for drivers nationwide. Be.EV operates a network of rapid and ultra‑rapid charging hubs across major retail, leisure and hospitality destinations, providing more than 800 public charging bays and holding a strong presence in the North of England.
Natalie Kershaw, Senior Digital Programme Manager at Be.EV, said: “We want our systems, tools, and services to be second to none. To make every customer journey run smoothly, we need clear visibility into our charging assets, and a more efficient way to keep them maintained and operational.”
The integration of new digital maintenance tools gives the operator the end‑to‑end visibility needed to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks and improve uptime across its growing portfolio. The system works directly with Fuuse, the company’s charge‑point management platform, allowing data to remain synchronised as operational teams respond to issues and monitor performance.
Be.EV continues to deploy rapid and ultra‑rapid chargers across public locations to support the UK’s transition to e-mobility and meet rising demand for dependable, high‑speed charging.
