Enilive expands German footprint with acquisition of OIL! Tankstellen

The acquisition will add around 320 service stations in four European countries to Enilive's network.

Enilive, through its subsidiary Enilive Deutschland GmbH, has signed a binding agreement with Prax Limited to acquire 100% of OIL! Tankstellen GmbH, a mobility retail operator active in Germany, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland. Completion of the deal remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.

The acquisition will add around 320 service stations to Enilive's network, reinforcing its position in existing markets while marking its entry into Danish fuel retailing. Enilive currently operates around 5,300 service stations across Europe as it continues adapting its offer to evolving mobility needs.

Once completed, OIL!'s stations will be progressively folded into Enilive's network, which pairs conventional fuels with a growing range of lower-emission products. Among these is HVO diesel, a biofuel made from 100% renewable feedstocks at Enilive's biorefineries in Venice and Gela, now available at roughly 1,700 stations across Europe.

The network also features fast and ultra-fast EV charging, developed in partnership with Plenitude On The Road, alongside an expanding convenience and food services portfolio. This includes the proprietary Enilive Café format, present at more than 1,200 locations Europe-wide, over 330 of them in Germany.
