IFSF announces Heather Price as next Chair
The International Forecourt Standards Forum (IFSF) has announced Heather Price as the next Chair of the organisation.
Heather Price, formerly Business IT Manager, EAME for Fuels & Lubricants with ExxonMobil, will take up the position of Chair when current Chairman Simon Stocks retires. This is expected to be at the next board meeting in mid-November.
The announcement comes after Simon notified the board of his wish to retire when his contract expires at the end of this year, after four years in the role. Following advertisement of the position, several strong candidates came forward and a series of interviews were held before Heather was selected. Heather was at Esso Petroleum Company Ltd for nearly 30 years. A Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Aberystwyth University, Heather also worked for KPMG for three years before moving to ExxonMobil.
Before Heather takes up her new position, Simon will be hosting the IFSF annual conference in Hamburg on 6th & 7th November, which Heather will attend.
