Majors Management has entered a strategic partnership to integrate artificial intelligence into its convenience retail and fuel distribution operations, targeting improvements in pricing, inventory, labor planning, loyalty and customer experience. The move reflects the company’s broader effort to enhance efficiency and decision-making across its multi-state network of more than 1,400 stores.

The retailer, which operates through its MAPCO brand and wholesale fuel supply business, is focusing on applying AI to real-time operational challenges that define the sector’s performance. By embedding machine learning and advanced data systems into daily workflows, Majors aims to streamline execution at store level and across its supply chain.

“Partnering with ResultStack gives us a real opportunity to tackle the inefficiencies that have lingered in our industry for far too long,” said Howard Hyche, CIO of Majors Management.

As AI adoption accelerates in retail and fuel distribution, Majors Management is positioning itself to adapt its operations to evolving market conditions, leveraging advanced technologies to support growth and improve customer engagement across its footprint.
