Puma Energy bets on e-mobility in Pakistan

Adaptive Electric has unveiled ambitious plans to deploy 5,000 EV chargers across Pakistan in partnership with Puma Energy.
Both companies signed an agreement to equip 624 service stations with fast EV charging capabilities. This partnership underscores both companies’ commitment to reducing carbon emissions and advancing e-mobility in the region.
Speaking at the event, Shaaf Mehboob, CEO of Adaptive Electric, highlighted that the deployment will extend across highways, urban centers, and semi-urban areas, ensuring seamless EV charging accessibility in alignment with the Pakistani government’s vision.
The first phase will see 62 of the planned 624 Puma Energy sites equipped with charging stations. Earlier this month, Adaptive Electric also partnered with Schneider Electric to integrate its advanced EV charging solutions, citing the company’s cutting-edge technology and robust backend support.
