US: Harrell's Car Wash acquires New England Car Wash Equipment
Harrell's Car Wash Systems, Inc., one of the largest distributors of car wash systems and supplies in the United States, has acquired New England Car Wash Equipment (NECWE), a distributor of car wash equipment and solutions in the greater New England and Eastern New York.
Jeff Arimento, President and part owner of NECWE, remains and will continue to manage the company.
"The vehicle wash industry landscape is changing rapidly and we are now properly positioned to be the best partner to our customers for years to come,” said Arimento in a company release.
Harrell's Car Wash Systems is financially supported by Generation Growth Capital Fund III, LP, a Milwaukee-based private equity firm focusing on investments in small businesses.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
