Wawa is entering with Indiana with the opening of three convenience stores in Daleville, Noblesville, and Clarksville. The move marks the company’s debut in the state and the beginning of a larger Midwest expansion strategy.

As part of the celebrations, Wawa and The Wawa Foundation announced over $35,000 in community grants aimed at supporting food banks, children’s health programs, military families, and charitable initiatives selected by first responders.

Wawa plans to open a total of eight stores in Indiana by the end of 2025, with the next set to open in Indianapolis this July. The company envisions 60 stores across the state over the next six years, adding 2,000 new jobs and investing more than $7.5 million in each store buildout. The Indiana launch is part of Wawa’s broader mission to extend its unique brand of convenience and foodservice deeper into the Midwest.

Wawa has a presence in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana and Washington, D.C., with over 1,100 locations.
