ZIPS Car Wash appoints veteran operator Frank Ragan as COO
The appointment comes as ZIPS continues to expand its U.S. car wash footprint.
ZIPS Car Wash has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Frank Ragan as Chief Operating Officer, marking a significant step in the company’s ongoing expansion across the U.S. Ragan brings more than two decades of experience leading large-scale, consumer-facing operations at GameStop and Starbucks.
Ragan, who has built a reputation for improving customer experience and operational consistency, said he intends to focus on developing talent and empowering employees. “I’m passionate about helping every team member grow and reach their potential,” he said, adding that ZIPS aims to create “exceptional experiences” for both staff and customers by providing stronger structures and support.
ZIPS CEO Pete Nani said Ragan joins the organisation at a “pivotal moment” as it enters its next phase of growth. “Frank’s proven ability to accelerate performance, build strong teams and implement innovative operational processes will enhance our day‑to‑day execution,” Nani said.
The appointment comes as ZIPS continues to expand its national footprint in the competitive express car wash sector, where streamlined operations and consistent service standards are increasingly central to long‑term growth.
