ADNOC Distribution has announced a strategic partnership with Americana Restaurants to expand quick service restaurant (QSR) offerings across its service station network in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The agreement will see up to 200 outlets from Americana’s portfolio of global brands introduced at high-traffic roadside locations.

The collaboration combines ADNOC’s retail footprint with Americana’s operational expertise, aiming to integrate dining options into everyday mobility destinations. The move supports the fuel retailer’s long-term strategy to grow non-fuel retail services as customer expectations shift toward more comprehensive forecourt experiences.

The rollout will include foodservice offerings at existing stations as well as within “The Hub by ADNOC,” a destination-focused retail concept that integrates fuel, electric vehicle (EV) charging, car care and dining services. The company plans to expand this concept to 30 locations in the UAE by 2030.

Eng. Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, said: “This partnership marks another step in ADNOC Distribution’s strategy to enhance customer convenience and grow our non-fuel retail offering across the region.” He added that the collaboration will create more accessible and integrated retail experiences across key markets.

The agreement reflects broader industry trends toward diversifying fuel retail into multi-service locations. ADNOC Distribution reported continued growth in non-fuel retail, with gross profit rising more than 14% year-on-year and transactions increasing over 9% in 2025, highlighting the segment’s role as a key driver of future revenue.
