Andeavor buys 39 Flyers Energy gas stations
Andeavor, formerly known as Tesoro, has acquired 39 Flyers Energy convenience stores and gas stations, reports Auburn Journal. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
All the acquired gas stations except two will be rebranded as Mobil, Exxon, ARCO, and Shell. The remaining two will continue to be part of the Flyers Energy commercial fuel network.
Flyers Energy is focusing on commercial products, including renewable energy, said Flyers managing partner Walt Dwelle.
It has also acquired lubricants operations from Western Refining, a company recently purchased by Andeavor.
