Arko debuts food-focused store and launches fas craves concept

Convenience retail giant pilots modern food-forward remodel to elevate customer experience across the U.S.

Arko Corp. has officially opened its first remodeled food-centric store in Ashland, Virginia, marking the debut of its new proprietary food concept, fas craves

This pilot store represents a major step in Arko’s strategy to redefine the convenience store experience with elevated food and beverage offerings. The Ashland location is the first of eight pilot stores, six remodels and two new builds designed to showcase the new brand.

The concept caters to the modern, on-the-go customer with a curated menu of hot and cold grab-and-go items, indulgent snacks, and a wide array of premium beverages.

“We’re not just updating our stores—we’re elevating the entire convenience experience with food that meets the expectations of today’s mobile consumer,”  said Arie Kotler, President and CEO of Arko Corp.

The redesigned store features a modern interior with bright lighting, digital menu boards, and a layout built for quick, easy navigation. The assortment and store design reflect extensive customer feedback, aiming to attract new shoppers and deliver a more satisfying visit.

The offering is part of Arko’s broader transformation plan to enhance its store environments and deepen engagement with its nationwide customer base. As the company continues to invest in store upgrades, fas craves will roll out more broadly across its network.
