Brookwood reveals ambitious plans to expand c-store portfolio

Real-estate investment company Brookwood Financial Partners LLC has announced ambitious plans to acquire between 600 and 1,000 gas stations with convenience stores across the United States during the next several years.

After BW Gas & Convenience, a Brookwood affiliate, acquired a 10 gas stations portfolio in Iowa, the parent comapany has revealed ambitious plans to expand their current network.

“Our strategy lies at the intersection of our proven value-add real-estate investing experience and the favorable timing for attractive acquisitions within the gas station and convenience store industry,” said Mark J. Daniels, Brookwood’s director of alternative real estate acquisitions, as quoted by CSP News.

BW Gas & Convenience is an affiliated Brookwood entity that will acquire and operate gas stations with convenience stores in select regions of the United States. The company plans to spend approximately $1,000,000 on selected capital improvements to the recently acquired 10-store portfolio.
