Brunei: Shell launches new fuels at retail stations

Shell V-Power fuel products will be offered at 14 Shell sites across the country.

Brunei Shell Marketing (BSM) has launched two new motor fuels at 14 retail stations of its network throughout the country, reports The Scoop. Shell V-Power gasoline and Shell V-power diesel are high-performance fuels designed to deliver enhanced engine performance and efficiency by reducing deposits and friction, according to BSM.

The new V-Power products will supplement the motor fuels currently available on the Brunei market. Shell Premium, Shell Super, Shell Regular and Shell Diesel will still be dispensed at the current subsidised prices.

BSM launched the new V-Power fuels at three of its stations last Sunday – Mar’azmala Station in Jerudong, Pakatan Station in Tutong and Rozana Filling Station in Seria.

Shell V-Power gasoline will be available at 14 sites, and Shell V-Power Diesel at seven. Foreign-registered vehicles will also be allowed to purchase the V-Power products, says the company.

BSN announced that Shell V-Power will be serve at 82 cents per litre and that its value will fluctuate based on crude oil market prices.
