Circle K revamps Inner Circle rewards around customer visits
New loyalty structure lets customers earn rewards from fuel purchases and in-store transactions, with savings reaching up to $1 per gallon.
Circle K is redesigning its Inner Circle rewards program to make customer visits the central measure of loyalty, allowing members to earn rewards through qualifying fuel purchases and in-store transactions across its U.S. network.
Beginning September 2, customers will earn a “Visit” each time they complete a qualifying fuel-up or eligible in-store purchase using their registered phone number or the Circle K app. The company said the new structure is intended to simplify the rewards experience while giving members more opportunities to unlock discounts and free products.
As Visits accumulate, customers will be able to redeem rewards ranging from free beverages and snacks to fuel discounts of up to $1 per gallon. Members will also have access to personalized challenges that provide additional opportunities to earn Visits based on their purchasing habits.
“Every visit counts, and now every visit pays off,” said Rick Rasor, Vice President of Loyalty & Digital Experience at Circle K. He added that the redesigned program is intended to reward customers for their existing shopping routines while creating new opportunities for savings.
The company noted that progress can be tracked in real time through the app, where customers can choose between fuel-related incentives and in-store rewards through a dedicated rewards center.
To mark the launch, Circle K will offer double Visits to all members on September 2 and provide a fuel discount of 5 cents per gallon on every fuel purchase for the first 60 days following the rollout.
