Circle K rolls out intelligent management across North America
The retailer expands a data-driven operating model to more than 7,800 stores in the U.S. and Canada.
Circle K expanded the use of intelligent management tools across its North American network, rolling out a unified store operations platform to more than 7,800 locations in the United States and Canada.
The move follows the successful deployment of the Quorso platform across Circle K’s European stores and a pilot program in North America. By extending the model, Circle K aims to support store managers with clearer priorities, faster decision-making and more consistent execution at the store level.
The platform brings together operational data, task management and performance insights into a single system, reducing the need for multiple tools and manual processes. Circle K views the expansion as part of a broader effort to simplify daily store operations while improving responsiveness to customer and business needs.
“Building on the success of our prior rollout in Europe and a successful pilot in North America, we’re pleased to expand across our U.S. and Canadian networks,” said Hélène Drolet, Vice President of Operational Excellence, North America at Circle K. “This powerful tool is helping our store managers save time and act on data-driven insights, and identify opportunities that make the biggest difference for our customers and our business.”
The retailer expects the broader rollout to contribute to a more consistent in-store experience by helping teams focus on high-impact actions rather than navigating fragmented systems. The initiative also aligns with Circle K’s emphasis on operational excellence as it manages a large and geographically diverse estate.
With the expansion now underway, Circle K continues to standardize how its stores operate globally, using data and digital workflows to support frontline teams and enable scalable growth.
