DATS 24 has centralised its fuel and electric vehicle (EV) operations across its 145 stations in Belgium, consolidating core mobility processes into a single platform as part of its ongoing development within Colruyt Group’s Virya Energy. The move aims to simplify management of its multi-energy network, which includes conventional fuels, CNG, hydrogen and EV charging.

The unified system, implemented with the Moveyou Insights Platform, supports key functions such as card issuing, customer onboarding and KYC, stock management and transaction processing across fuel, toll and EV charging. It also covers financial processes including credit management and invoicing, enabling more integrated oversight of operations across the network.

The implementation required coordination across multiple business units and stakeholders, reflecting the operational complexity of DATS 24’s expanding role within the broader energy activities of Virya Energy. By bringing these functions together, the company is seeking to improve efficiency and consistency in how it manages mobility services.

“This was an intensive project involving several important business processes, many integrations and multiple stakeholders. Together with Moveyou, we have successfully completed the implementation and created a solid operational basis for the further management of our mobility services,” said Jean-Jacques Delmée, CEO of DATS 24.

The centralised approach positions DATS 24 to manage both traditional fuel retail and electric charging within a single operational framework, supporting its evolution as a multi-energy retailer serving both individual drivers and business fleets across Belgium.
