Downstream company Delek US' CFO to step down from role

Delek US Holdings and Delek Logistics Partners have announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Assi Ginzburg will step down from his role.

“He has been a friend and partner of mine for many years, and he has been an integral part of our growth and development since joining us in 2004,” said Uzi Yemin, Chairman of Delek.

Delek US Holdings operated in the retail fuel market through a network of approximately 348 company-operated convenience store locations operated under the MAPCO Express, MAPCO Mart, East Coast, Fast Food and Fuel, Favorite Markets, Delta Express and Discount Food Mart brand names.

MAPCO Express has just been sold to Chilean retailer Petróleos de Chile COPEC S.A. (COPEC) for $535 million.

“I leave the Company in a strong financial position and feel confident that the Delek team has the right strategy and is well positioned to create long-term value for shareholders,” said Assi Ginzburg.
