Engen pumps convenience as DSV Locker footprint grows
Customers can use the Engen 1app to find their nearest Engen with a DSV Locker.
Engen has partnered with global transport and logistics firm DSV to install lockers at 257 Engen retail services stations across South Africa.
DSV lockers allow for a convenient and safe way to send and receive parcels. The lockers are available 24/7 and can be used while customers fill up and buy goods from Quickshop.
“Engen continuously looks for ways to improve our customer experience through innovation and pioneering convenience services across our industry leading 1 000+ service stations network, with our exclusive partnership with DSV being one such service,” says Enoch Hermanus, Engen’s GM for Retail.
Launched in 2014, the DSV Locker meets first and final mile needs in an industry fuelled by the growth of direct to consumer, staff, or supplier requirements.
Delivery options include physical address to-locker, and locker-to-physical address delivery services, anywhere in South Africa.
“This ensures that visits to an Engen forecourt are exciting and uplifting experiences,” adds Hermanus.
