Exhibitor preview for UNITI expo 2016: Implico, Tokheim, Elaflex
UNITI expo has established itself as the leading trade fair for the fuel retailing and car wash industries in Europe. As such, it brings together the leading players in the industry.
With 400 exhibitors from 37 different countries, UNITI expo signifies the ideal platform to get a complete overview of today´s industry. We explore three of the many international exhibitors attending the event:
Implico
The international software and consulting company Implico will show visitors the new possibilities in service station management, ranging from smart data to automation. SAP's service station solution SAP RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operations) will play a vital role in exploiting these opportunities.
Transforming knowledge into value is the slogan for the trade fair exhibit by the international software and consulting company. With this slogan, Implico describes how knowledge of business processes and their automation makes service station networks more efficient, creating value such as competitiveness and sustainability.
"Thanks to digitization, service station operators can achieve previously unrivaled transparency in their business processes and also expand their range of services. Other processes can be automated at the same time,” says Torsten Peter, Managing Partner at Implico and the executive responsible for SAP sales activities in the Group.
Tokheim
Tokheim is one of the major exhibitors at the tradeshow, showcasing their full range of innovative Dispenser, Automation and Cloud technology products and solutions. These in turn will be complemented by the wider portfolio available to Tokheim, further to having been acquired by OPW-Dover.

Elaflex
'Terminal to Nozzle' describes the product spectrum of refuelling specialist Elaflex, which provides nozzles, hoses, couplings and expansion joints for the handling of AdBlue®, Petrol and LPG fuels.
Due to new market requirements and regulations Elaflex will be presenting a number of industry solutions at the Uniti expo 2016. In relation to AdBlue, the company will be displaying its new ZVA AdBlue LV nozzle, the blue Slimline16 AdBlue hose, and a specially lined universal reeling hose, UTL 38 in combination with Dry Disconnect Couplings.
Eleflex will also showcase new special type of petrol pump hoses: Slimline 'SL SF'. The rubber compounds are free of sulphur which ensures that the sulphur content of the fuel is not increased; as well as an extremely lightweight and highly flexible new gravity discharge road tanker hose Type 'LG' that can be used to fill underground storage tanks at service stations.
UNITI expo 2016 takes places from June 14 to 16 in Stuttgart (Germany).
