ExpoPostos & Conveniência 2026 reaches historic scale
Record exhibitor numbers and a growing qualified audience highlight the market’s momentum.
ExpoPostos & Conveniência 2026 is set to take place on September 8, 9 and 10 at São Paulo Expo. This edition is set to be the biggest ever, featuring even more exhibitors than the previous edition held in 2024.
Here are some numbers from the last edition:
- More than 250 exhibitors participated
- The event received over 24,000 visitors across the three days, with 36% being direct decision-makers
- The International Forum registered 1,643 attendees (+72% compared to 2024)
- 40% of visitors own at least two fuel stations, and 13% operate convenience stores
- 47% of visitors invested more than R$50,000 in their business during the event
- The official app generated 72,000 leads
For the next edition, over 250 exhibitors have confirmed their presence, with less than 7% of the floor plan still available. Our exhibitors represent a wide range of sectors, offering market solutions in:

In addition to the trade show and the International Forum, ExpoPostos & Conveniência also features the Knowledge Arena, a dedicated space for exhibitors to showcase their products, solutions, and market trends to attendees.
The Arena includes four 360º stages offering simultaneous content including presentations, panels, training sessions, and workshops, all free for attendees during the three days of the event. Topics may include product launches, innovative equipment, success stories, and other subjects relevant to the industry. This innovative space has been drawing a growing audience each year. In 2024, we hosted more than 20 presentations per day, all with strong audience engagement, making it a major success.
