First dealer-operated YPF Black station opens in Argentina

Located in Córdoba province, the 24-hour site covers nearly 5,000 m² and pairs fuel and CNG dispensers with a store featuring chef Mauro Colagreco's Carne brand.

YPF has opened its first YPF Black station outside the Buenos Aires metropolitan area. It is also the first site in this format that an independent dealer in the company's network developed and runs. The station is in the city of Córdoba, across from the Villa Warcalde bridge, and was built by Grupo Vespasiani and Guillermo Bollatti.

The facility covers close to 5,000 m². It has four dispensers for liquid fuels and two CNG positions with dual operation, and a team of more than 30 people offering 24-hour service.

Black is the top tier of YPF's station formats, presented under the concept "More than a station, a destination." The format aims to turn a stop for fuel into a broader visit that combines personalized service, food and convenience. Services at the new site include YPF Pit Stop and a FULL store. The store carries products from Carne, the brand created by Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco, as well as Fonte D'Oro.

The opening is part of a wider overhaul of YPF's network of more than 1,600 service stations, which began to take shape in 2026. The company is building three models, YPF Black, YPF Núcleo and Refiplus, each designed for different customer profiles, locations and needs. By the end of the year, it expects to have eight Black stations and more than 21 Refiplus sites running in different regions of the country.
