Galp reopens all stores in its fuelling network

Safety measures include distance, limited capacity and prevention and hygiene protocols for all users.

Energy company Galp has reopened over 300 convenience stores across Spain with reinforced safety and hygiene measures in the areas of pumps, store, car wash area and all contact areas between employees, customers and suppliers.

Pay at the pump been reinforced with card and ViaT - through Bip & Drive – to avoid unnecessary contact. The contactless payment system has been extended to the car wash area, allowing payment by card or NFC phone at the terminals.

In addition, Galp has installed methacrylate screens at all collection points, as well as at the cafeteria bar, and has provided staff with the PPE to guarantee maximum safety in the performance of their duties.

With a presence in Spain for 40 years, Galp has 2,230 collaborators in the country and a network of 570 service stations.
