Hellenic Petroleum inaugurates one of the largest EV charging hubs in Greece

Located at the parking lot of the Athens Concert Hall, the new site offers drivers 10 charging stations free of charge for the first three months.

Hellenic Petroleum Group has unveiled one of the largest electric vehicle (EV) charging centres in Greece, developed alongside the Athens Concert Hall. A total of 10 charging stations have been located in the parking lot underground of the building, offering the new service free of charge for the first three months for every driver who parks inside.

The new 22 kW chargers have been installed on the second level of the underground parking area. Each station has been connected to the existing infrastructure of the Concert Hall and the ElpeFuture, the EV brand of the Hellenic Group, ChargenGo app for easy user convenience. By accessing the service users will be able to check available spaces at the parking lot and check prices when the service ends its free period in November.

ElpeFuture operates in the new market as an eMobility Service Provider (eMSP), as a Charging Point Operator (CPO), and also as a Transaction Operator. The subsidiary of the Hellenic Petroleum Group is developing an extensive EV charging network and the corresponding eMobility services. The first phase of the network development includes the installation of fast chargers (DC) in selected EKO / bp stations throughout the country, as well as a significant number of AC chargers.
