Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) is boosting its non-fuel offer with the opening of two more ‘HaPpyShop’ convenience stores.

The Indian fuel retailer wants to tap into the convenience market with its own brand. The first HaPpyShop opened in Mumbai in September, 2021.

The stores are tailored to the needs of local communities, include advance technology for a seamless experience and they offer online shopping with door-to-door delivery. Customers will be able to browse & shop the merchandise on HPCL’s ‘HP Pay App’, and have goods delivered to their homes.

The new HaPpyShop stores have been opened at an Auto Care Centre in Mumbai and Millennium Retail Outlet in Visakhapatnam.

HPCL has some 1,500 service stations in India.
