ISTOBAL, the Spanish leader in design, manufacturing and marketing of vehicle wash and car care integrated solutions, is launching the ISTOBAL M’WASH3 PRO, the latest rollover with connected technology, designed to offer greater control and quality in car cleaning. The company has unified their M’NEX32 and FLEX5 rollovers to develop a new equipment that combines a striking design with state-of-the-art technology, offering a solution as magnetic as profitable, ready to exceed the highest expectations of the most demanding customers.
The ISTOBAL M’WASH3 PRO is a 3-brush wash and dry rollover consisting of 2 vertical brushes and 1 horizontal brush. The equipment will soon be available in a 5-brush version with 4 vertical brushes and 1 horizontal brush, reducing wash and dry time by up to 30% compared to the 3-brush machine. ISTOBAL is the only valeting company that offers the technology that allows a rollover to transform from 3 to 5 brushes in a simple and modular form, keeping the structure of the equipment in place, thanks to its patented design since 2011.
Commitment to innovation and a striking design
The new M’WASH3 PRO rollover stands out for its reliability and has an innovative design that allows the customer to see multiple available options for a wide range of programs all on one interface, increasing the consumer's buying options to maximise the average ticket price.
Additionally, the new ISTOBAL M'WASH3 PRO rollover has vertical brush inclination in two directions (lateral and rear) to ensure the best quality wash in any type of car.
Furthermore, the equipment incorporates frequency inverters in all the machine's geared motors, double chemical injector, high-capacity centralised control for agile and precise command and a 7-inch UNIFIED touch screen with connectivity Smartwash ready.
The M'WASH3 PRO offers flexible programming as standard to customise each wash program and comfortably configure speeds, a dosing system, light codes and other types of functions according to the customer's needs in the selected wash programs.
Among its many options, the new equipment also includes a high-flow horizontal and lateral drying system that maximizes performance with high-quality drying and low acoustic impact. It also has different options for high-pressure pre-washes, high-pressure wheel washes and brushes up to 21” in addition to the integrated infinite mousse foam arch.
The M'WASH3 PRO rollover has a user-focused design, with a remarkable aesthetic that can be customised in a wide range of colours and styling details, including a variety of fairing vinyl and matching brushes, turning this car wash into unique a spectacle.
The new design of the machine provides greater visibility and a feeling of spaciousness, drawing the eye to central structure that offers up to 12cm more vehicle passage width than other competitors for the same machine width.
