JET Retail UK acquires two sites
The growing fuel brand now has a network of 11 company-owned stations in the UK.
JET Retail UK Limited has further strengthened its presence in the UK with two acquisitions, one in central England and the other in northern England.
The subsidiary of Phillips 66 Limited has acquired Millpool Service Station in South Birmingham from independent operator, UK Forecourts Limited, and has also acquired Linden Service Station Limited in Leeds from owner Yunus Asmal.
The formerly ESSO and BP supplied sites bring JET Retail UK Limited’s total number of company-owned stations to 11. Both sites will shortly be rebranded with the latest JET forecourt image.
“Our company-owned network now stands at 11 sites and these acquisitions are the latest in a series of exciting developments for the JET brand. Millpool will help to further strengthen our well-established heritage and reputation in the Midlands, and Linden Service Station is a fantastic addition to our network in our heartland of Yorkshire,” said Mary Wolf, Director of JET Retail UK Limited.
